My 4 year old had an eye test yesterday, the optician was really engaging and made the experience really fun for her. When I was phoning around to book an appointment I was told by several other opticians that they only start doing eye tests for children from age 5 onwards. This place does eye tests for all ages, my two year old has an appointment next week. The optician told me he regularly does eye screening tests on babies from 6 months onwards. I was really impressed with the professionalism of this place and was so glad I accidentally came across this little gem in the middle of Barking town center of all places.

l particularly like this Independent opticians because they have ticked all the boxes with regards to excellent service from everyone. Mr Latif  was able to explain all my queries whether its about my eye condition or care of my eyes or eye supplements. The store is lovely and has a good selection of frames.If you want great all round care and service this is the right place.

Took my son for eye test today, excellent service very friendly and helpful staff. Test went well he needed glasses and to my astonishment it was ready for collection after 3hrs of his test. Highly recommend this place.
