The optician really knows his stuff. I usually buy from big chains, but he spent some time to understand what my needs are and prescribed verifocals. Had a day and massively improved my reading ability. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a proper exploration of what they need.

They’re a bunch of friendly folks who provide an excellent service. Very quick, helpful and really good hygiene standards. The store also showcases a decent selection of glasses and, to my surprise, they got my pair ready in about 4 working days (ordered them on Friday and received them on Thursday).

They don’t try prescribe you with glasses when you don’t need them. Also I was feeling very sick from pregnancy back pain and they were very nice about it giving me a bottle of water when I asked for a drink and letting me have the door open for some air. Also managed to get myself and my daughter appointments one after the other which was helpful and saved 2 trips.

Excellent straight forward eye exam and solid advice. I’ve never needed glasses before so this was all new to me, but Nas was great and helped me pick out frames which suited me and my budget. I really needed them asap as I spend all day in front of a computer for work and was finding it hard to look at the screen. Nas managed to speed up the process so I had them before I left the store, for which I am incredibly grateful. He refused to accept any additional money for this as it was just part of their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I have been using this store to get my glasses and my son’s glasses for more than 3 years. It is my family’s favourite store to buy glasses from. The store is always very clean and nice. They have large selection of glasses, starting from affordable to all the way to brand glasses like gucci, armani.etc The staff here is very professional and friendly. They are always ready to help and answer any question you might have. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Booked online and got next day appointment. The appointment was great, the optician thoroughly checked my eyes, so decided to book for my son.  The optician and the ladies at the reception were very helpful. Stayed with us through out till we found the glasses that suited us, didn’t feel rushed. Would highly recommend this place.

Got an eye test on the spot (I believe you normally have to book elsewhere). Optician was helpful and fully explained my queries. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient in helping me choose the right glasses.

I have been going here for 10 years, excellent service and hospitality. Mr Latif and the rest of the team have always taken very good care of me and my family. I’ve always found the prices to be competitive compared to other opticians. I like the huge selection of frames they have, especially the designer range. Many thanks guys.
